A Star-Studded Lineup

The event brought together the ultimate “Avengers of fitness.” Joining the Nordic Trainer crew were global icons Ben Main, Marlon Woods, Rachael Newsham, Khiran Huston, Bronté Terrell, Anthony Oxford, Bas Hollander, Sebastian Jaramillo, Steve Tansey, Florian Pillin, and Raissa Vanfleteren, along with 2025 LES MILLS NORDIC SUPERSTAR Instructor Elena Trinca.

The most in-demand sessions? BODYCOMBAT (twice over), LES MILLS SPRINT™, THE TRIP™, and BODYPUMP™– all selling out in record time.

It was the perfect occasion for the world launch of LES MILLS YOGA™. Seeing thousands of people moving together in perfect flow inside the vast arena was a major goosebumps moment!

Hundreds of participants also got the chance to try the new LES MILLS SMARTSTEP™.The new evolution of the iconic step was unveiled to cheers from the crowd.

For many participants, it’s often their first taste of a live class – and for some, it sparks the journey toward becoming future Instructors.”

Beyond the Workouts

In true LES MILLS LIVE style, there was plenty to explore outside of the workouts. Participants could check out a huge adidas store, photo booths, competitions, and chill-out spaces. There were chances to win prizes – alongside games that kept the buzz alive between workouts.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible team working tirelessly behind the scenes. From the logistics of moving 10 tons of plates, to managing dozens of classes, to creating a smooth experience for nearly 2,000 participants – their efforts ensured Stockholm delivered the strongest lineup and most electric atmosphere the city has seen in years.
