Les Mills Q3 ’26 Release Highlights: What’s New

16.07.2026

Instructor-Insights

Tactical twists in BODYCOMBAT™, a Chase Pace challenge in RPM™, an all-new Wiper move in LES MILLS SHAPES™, and an intense overhead press in BODYPUMP HEAVY™ – the Q3 ’26 releases are packed with surprises. Our global Presenters reveal the music, choreography, and innovations you'll soon be bringing to your classes.

LES MILLS SPRINT™ #44 – The sound of HIIT turned up another notch

Presenters: Anthony Oxford, Khiran Huston, and Glen Ostergaard

LES MILLS SPRINT #44 combines intense HIIT training with a soundtrack designed to match every effort. “The training is unreal,” says Khiran. “The feeling of reward is high because this release takes you right to the wire.”

Track 7 is a standout moment. “This is the sound of HIIT!” says Khiran. “We’ve turned it up another notch. When Glen and I were testing the release, this is the song that got the most love. People just went ‘there’ with their training because of this sound.”

For Instructors, the challenge is understanding when to push and when to hand the reins to the beats. “Know where you can coach and where the music takes over and coaches for you so you can breathe!”

LES MILLS PILATES™ #10 – Musical moments and a fresh twist on the Clam

Presenters: Summer Bradley, Levi Farrell, and Kylie Gates

LES MILLS PILATES #10 weaves mobility throughout the workout, creating a release that feels fresh, challenging, and rewarding. Summer’s favorite movement addition is the thoracic twist to the Clam. “My upper back is quite tight, so having that integration not only opens me up more but improves my shoulder and pelvic stability,” she says. “It’s very much a win-win for me!”

The soundtrack delivers an emotional highlight in Track 6 with “Die With a Smile.” “It’s a hit song for a reason, right?” says Summer. “So beautiful, so emotive, and motivating at that point in the workout.”

For Instructors, Summer recommends paying attention to the musical bridge in Track 2 before the Leg Circles. “If you remember it’s there, you can use it to your advantage to set up the Leg Circle really well with that four-count transition.”

Track 3 finishes with a challenging Criss Cross sequence, giving Instructors something new and fresh to focus on.

Did you know that Les Mills has launched LES MILLS REFORMER?

LES MILLS REFORMER is a music-driven Reformer Pilates workout designed for structured group training. It introduces a new way to coach Reformer Pilates, bringing control, flow, and choreography together in every class. Read ‘What is LES MILLS REFORMER?’ to discover how it works, what makes it different, the growing demand behind it, and the opportunities for Instructors.

Puddle swapping

Summer proved this Masterclass was an absolute one-take masterpiece, even if she had to navigate a slightly damp moment along the way: "Oooo, it was HOT! I was sweating a lot more than usual, and when I had to switch mats with Levi for Track 7, he left me a lovely puddle to lie in – thanks Levi!"

Nothing says team spirit quite like sharing a sweat puddle mid-workout!

LES MILLS CORE™ #63 – Urban ladders, power skiers, and strength through control

Presenters: Marika Jingblad, Vili Fifita, Kylie Gates, Nick Yan, and Dan Cohen

“LES MILLS CORE #63 has a fantastic balance,” says Dan. “It’s intelligently programmed around calm, control, and precision before progressing into moments of speed and intensity.”

Track 2 is a three-set challenge that builds in complexity while introducing the Urban Ladder. “It’s a fresh movement pattern that challenges coordination, control, and rhythm,” says Dan.

Marika calls it “a real banger,” featuring plank walks, side planks, walking ladders, and fireflies that progressively increase the challenge. The release also welcomes back the Power Skier in Track 3, alongside single-arm rows in Track 6, to create an athletic posterior-chain challenge.

Nick’s standout is Bonus Track 3, with its combination of rotational movements and anti-rotation training to build functional strength. “It helps improve your anti-rotation capacity,” he explains, “which translates to better functional performance in daily life.”

But what about the music? Marika highlights Tracks 2 and 6 as standouts many Instructors will know, while Nick calls out Track 3, “HALO,” for its “great dynamic energy with ups and downs.”

BODYBALANCE™ #113 – Shimmering synths, prayer twists, and burny wide squats

Presenters: Kylie Gates, Khiran Huston, Julia Marusic, and Fraser Beck

This release begins with a deeply grounding Tai Chi warm-up that immediately creates a sense of escapism, with a beautiful arm sequence. “It feels like giving and receiving. It’s so inviting, grounding, and calming,” says Julia.

Khiran agrees: “The flow creates the perfect space to tune out the outside world.”

Fraser’s favorite movement moment is the Core Back Track. “Single-leg plank variations challenge the nervous system to stabilize the lower back, and then the striking cobras assist with our thoracic extension,” he explains. “It’s a sequence that builds core activation, stability, and mobility before moving into the rotational work that follows.”

Khiran points to Standing Strength 3A as a particularly challenging moment, with the wide squat loading the legs and creating a powerful burn. You can also expect the welcome return of prayer twist variations in the Intense Pose and Crescent Lunge.

The playlist is packed with iconic tracks. Fraser calls out the legendary opening guitar riff of Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition,” while Julia’s highlight is the Core Abs Track featuring Fleetwood Mac’s “Everywhere.”

“I love the uplifting energy of the song and those shimmering synths!” she says.

Rolling out the red (white) carpet

Fraser reveals what it takes to maintain a Hollywood-level aesthetic: “The Mars-like interplanetary set we were using was surrounded with real chunks of dirt... meaning every time we went on or off the set, the crew had to 'roll out the white carpet' haha.”

Talk about getting the VIP treatment just to keep the trainers dust-free!

LES MILLS TONE™ #34 – Crescent lunges and shorter cardios

Presenters: Mark Nu’u-Steele, Kaylah-Blayr Fitzsimons-Nu’u, and Vili Fifita

LES MILLS TONE #34 delivers a balanced release that feels approachable.

“Simple, fun, but still feels like you’ve had a full rounded workout,” says Kaylah. “The shorter cardio sections are a highlight, helping members feel successful while still getting the benefits.”

For a more controlled challenge, Track 7’s “On My Love” creates a chance to go inward. “You’re able to go slightly internal with the song while focusing only on your balance,” she says.

Track 8 Lower Body introduces a new crescent lunge that brings plenty of fire. “Man, it burns the glutes!”

With accessible cardio, focused strength work, and plenty of personality, LES MILLS TONE #34 is designed to leave members feeling challenged, successful, and smiling.

Left hanging and program mix ups

Kaylah isn’t shy about revealing when things don’t go exactly to plan on set. “When I was doing the intro for the class, the first thing I said was ‘hello and welcome to BODYBALANCE!’ – I’ve never taught BODYBALANCE in my life. In dad’s lower body track, I went to high five him... but he turned away, so I high fived myself!”

BODYPUMP HEAVY™ #5 – Big beats, heavy barbells, and grueling overhead presses

Presenters: Marlon Woods, Glen Ostergaard, Levi Farrell, and Geena Pannett

“This release feels awesome – we’re now truly at a stage where BODYPUMP HEAVY has put its stake in the ground and established its personality,” says Geena.

“There are big heavy beats and big heavy barbells, with intelligent programming and coaching that helps you understand the benefit of every lift.”

The Deadlifts and Cleans Track is a true power moment. “It’s where I feel the strongest and most powerful. I’m proud of the weight I can lift!” says Kaylah. Geena calls out the soundtrack: “It literally gave me goosebumps when I first heard it blasted through the studio.”

The Chest and Hip Thrust Track brings another memorable challenge, combining super slow hip thrusts that “hit so hard” with a powerful chest press tempo.

But it’s the Shoulder Track that will really test everyone with its 4/4 overhead press: “The Shoulder Track is so humbling! You know it’s a beast when Levi, Marlon, and Glen are all pulling facials to get through it,” laughs Geena. “I reached failure for the first time in this track – I love it!”

The wrong "G"

Kaylah was doing her absolute best to be the ultimate hype woman on set, only to realize she was shouting into the void: "When Geena is teaching I kept calling out 'GO G!' to support her but... Glen was next to her so they didn't know who I was calling out to. I was wondering why she never looked at me haha."

BODYSTEP™ #144 – Major programming change and modern DnB remakes

Presenters: Mark Nu’u-Steele, KB Fitzsimons-Nu’u, Raïssa Vanfleteren, and Bronté Terrell

“My overall impression of the release is: pure power!” says Raïssa, with EDM in the warm-up instantly setting a high-energy vibe. The playlist puts a modern spin on familiar tunes, including Mark’s favorite, Peak 1 (Lose Control): “Familiar tune and lyrics from a vintage song, with a modern DnB remake. We really focused on hitting the accents in the music with moves that matched the musical dynamics.”

Instructors will also notice a major programming change. “In this release, we made the first six tracks continuous,” Mark reveals. “You can push play, and then transition to the next track without having to pause the music.”

New innovations bring fresh challenges too. Bronté loves the “cheeky combo” in Peak 2, which she says will challenge both the brain and body. Meanwhile, Raïssa highlights the Hip Strength Track, which tests hip stability and single-leg strength.

The Athletic Circuit also brings back a weight plate to increase the intensity, and look out for The Groove Track, which is Mark’s “most favorite Groove Track EVER!”

LES MILLS DANCE™ #13 – A journey from sassy to euphoric

Presenters: Gandalf Archer Mills, Rachael Newsham, Summer Bradley, Bianca Ikinofo, and Kaylah-Blayr Fitzsimons-Nu’u

“This is one of my favorites so far,” says Bianca. “It feels like we’re finding our feet now that we’re in double digits – a beautiful blend of tunes and fresh moves.”

The warm-up sets an empowering tone with a track from Kiwi dance queen Parris Goebel. “I absolutely love her music. It’s so bold and energetic,” praises Bianca.

Track 1 brings in the sass early. “That’s what you need to let go in a dance class,” says Summer. “To feel fearless and confident like it’s your world and everyone’s just living in it.”

Nostalgia runs through the playlist, with Track 7, “Milkshake,” being Summer’s fave: “I love it when there is a theme to play off. It scratches a creative itch in my brain.”

Track 8 loads up the energy to create a euphoric release in Track 9. “You’re going through a journey from the most external movements to the biggest hype, then into internal, slow, silky, and sly movements,” explains Meno. Bianca agrees: “It really lifts the heart rate and gases the legs, but if you really take it there, you can get into the Track 9 euphoria pretty quickly.”

BODYATTACK™ #133 – Football fever, classic moves, and a no limit finish

Presenters: Lisa Osborne, Jackson Fuafiva, Nick Yan, Geena Pannett, Maxime Vigeant, and Daren Darby

“Supermans are back!” says Geena. Daren loves the comic book favorite because it “really allows you to let go, show your personality, and connect with the room.”

Also returning are knee repeaters and single-arm jacks. The music delivers huge moments, with Lisa shouting out two favorites. Track 3’s “Listen To Me Now” brings an “awesome energy and aerobic feel,” while “No Limit” is an “epic track that helps drive one of the workout’s big peaks.”

Track 5 brings a strong athletic training feel, combining upper and lower-body power with a pause lunge-into-single-power-lunge and a plyo push-up to build strength and stability.

Football-inspired fast footwork keeps everyone on their toes in the agility round, but Nick advises Instructors to save some energy for the Power Track: “It’s a major challenge! Instructors need to find that extra bit of strength to deliver this one!”

BODYCOMBAT™ #108 highlights – Double fakes, karate combos, and full-on EDM beats

Presenters: Windy Gao, Marlon Woods, Rachael Newsham, Meno Thomas, and Raïssa Vanfleteren

“The workout felt really balanced – tough but touching, ha ha,” says Rach, describing a release backed by a relentless, hard-hitting soundtrack. “This playlist is pretty full-on, with Track 6 being the only real light relief.”

A major musical highlight lands early in Track 3, which delivers a super high-energy EDM vibe packed with strong, clear vocals to give an extra boost of power and drive.

Instructors can look forward to a mix of legacy strikes and fresh tactical innovations.

Track 2 brings back “a good old powerful back kick – a move we don’t see in every release,” Raïssa notes, while Track 4 delivers a highly unique karate combination.

The mental game gets an upgrade in Track 6 with a brand-new psychological move. “We dabble in sending our opponents mixed messages in the hope we can capitalize on them flinching,” says Rach. However, the ultimate technical and physical peak of the class drops in Track 7. “Track 7 is a challenging one from both a physical and technical point of view,” Raïssa cautions. “You’re already starting to feel fatigued, which makes it more difficult to stay sharp and keep the movements powerful, precise!”

Crop top disasters

Track 5 brought an absolute wardrobe malfunction for Rach: "My mic fell out... and started swinging between my legs... So when I grabbed it and put it in the back of my shorts and did a sprawl it wanted to shoot right out the leg of my cycle shorts. So I immediately switched to the squat option and NOBODY noticed. Lol" Talk about a mid-track pivot!

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio #57 – Acid house, serious intensity, and a Tabata finale

Presenters: Ben Main, Levi Farrell, Erin Maw, and Anthony Oxford

“LES MILLS GRIT Cardio #57 hits hard with simple-but-intense movement patterns, smart work/rest that spikes heart rate fast, and music that drives intensity,” says Erin.

The soundtrack brings the usual LES MILLS GRIT energy, with a standout track from LMA artist Laminar – “Freak” – that was briefed by Erin after listening to a lot of Acid House. “The first demo came back and I was like WOW – did not disappoint,” she says. “Tune of this round. Chef’s kiss!”

From a coaching perspective, the challenge is less about learning complex choreography and more about bringing the fire. “Every track is simple to pick up and teach,” says Erin. “Clean movement patterns let us and our members focus on pushing harder and getting the most from every interval.”

So what is “that” track? You’ll want to prepare yourself for Tabata Stacked. “We’ve saved something special for the finale,” smiles Erin. “You’re welcome.”

BODYJAM™ #117 – K-Pop attitude, rock surprises, and plenty of jumps

Presenters: Gandalf Archer Mills, Meno Thomas, and Julia Marusic

“Dance hard and play harder!” says Meno, describing this fun, active, and playful release. Julia agrees, calling BODYJAM #117 a release where “the energy and moves are absolutely incredible, and so is the music.”

Look out for the strong K-Pop influence in Block 2. “You’ll get your hoods over your head when you enter Block 2,” teases Meno.

The playlist delivers some unexpected musical moments, including a rock surprise from Foo Fighters’ “The Pretender.” “I love it when a rock track sneaks into BODYJAM,” says Julia. “It’s always a little unexpected and such a cool change of pace. It brings a different kind of energy!”

For a completely different vibe, Meno’s favorite is the Recovery Track, “To Be Real” by Cheryl Lynn. “This song and moves scream fun, funky, and disco – just press play and you’ll know the deal.”

Physically, the energy is high. “Hello, cardio!” says Julia. “Expect some fancy footwork, plenty of jumps, and lots of high-energy moments to shake it off. Once it gets going, it really doesn’t let up!”

Could you be presenting Les Mills programs on stage one day?

Why not? Most Presenters started as members in the classes they loved.

You don’t need to fit a certain mold, be a professional athlete, or have a perfect fitness background. You need passion, energy, authenticity, and the desire to make a difference.

LES MILLS training gives you the tools to bring out your unique qualities, personality, and story, helping you develop the skills, confidence, and coaching ability to inspire a room.

Whether you want to teach alongside your existing career, nurture a new passion into your life’s work, or develop skills that open new opportunities, becoming a Les Mills Instructor starts with one click.

BODYPUMP™ #138 – Quirky tempos and a serious shoulder challenge

Presenters: Amy Lu, Windy Gao, Ben Main, Anthony Oxford, Maxime Vigeant, and Bronté Terrell

“Instructors are going to lose it over this playlist!” laughs Bronté.

Track 2 drops a trance throwback remix for the Squat Track, while the Triceps Track pairs a deep house sound with a massive sing-along vibe. Amy points out the coaching challenge in the Chest Track: “The fast bits are fast and the slow bits are slow,” she says. “Have fun figuring out the different tempos, especially the pauses, and how you would pre-cue these so that your members are able to nail the timing.”

Watch out for Track 8 Shoulders, which adds an element of surprise: “The training stimulus is constantly shifting, which keeps the body on its toes!” says Bronté.

If you teach the 45-minute format, expect total fire. “The combo 45 tracks absolutely slap,” says Amy, highlighting tracks featuring artist Fred Again.. and a double remix of the song “I Run.” “Oh my gosh, just wait till you hear it. Drool.”

Given the boot and hot mics

Keeping hydrated during filming can be an occupational hazard, as Amy can testify: "Our mics are usually left recording so on the raw footage all you hear is everyone discussing how I needed to pee for the 9000th time. Ben suggested a 'kitty litter' in the corner haha."

However, it was Marlon who wished he was being heard on the way home, according to Bronté: “Ben asked who wanted a lift. We all jumped in except Marlon. We couldn’t leave him, so he went in the boot... The grumpy big bro had his head by the speaker while we all sang along to the banging music, forgetting he was there” Oops!

LES MILLS SHAPES™ #16 – Combined sliders, mega sets, and the new Wiper

Presenters: Erin Maw, Otto Prodan, and Bronté Terrell

“LES MILLS SHAPES just keeps on giving,” says Bronté, describing the low-impact, spicy blend of Pilates, power yoga, and barre as a “beautiful flow of strength and grace.”

The playlist opens with a viral Afro-house vibe before shifting into a deep UK garage sound. Bronté adds, “I would put my headphones on and train to this playlist!”

The biggest innovation is a brand-new move called the Wiper. Rather than a one-and-done feature, Otto notes they have “sprinkled different variations of it throughout the workout” to give members multiple opportunities to explore it.

The Slider Tracks get a massive structural upgrade, combining Slider 1 and Slider 2 into a dynamic full-body experience.

Meanwhile, the Glute Track is designed as “one big mega set where you’re constantly flowing from one movement into the next,” Otto reveals – making smooth transitions just as important as the movements themselves.

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ #19 – Flipped structure and a punch-packing finish

Presenters: Erin Maw, Amy Lu, and Ben Main

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT #19 delivers a full-body strength journey, opening with heavy lower-body training, building into upper-body hypertrophy, and finishing with an innovative athletic Integrated Training Block.

“In the last release, we focused on upper-body strength and lower-body hypertrophy,” explains Amy. “In STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT #19, we flip that around!” Expect a heavy leg opening featuring Bulgarian split squats, followed by a powerful upper-body block to challenge the arms and chest.

The soundtrack is “fire,” according to Erin, with “Headlights” by LMA artist SPLNTR a standout tune to close out the Hypertrophy Block. “It just sends it hard,” says Erin.

The Integrated Training Block brings a new athletic dimension to the workout. “By the time you get to the Integrated Track, prepare to send your heart rate through the roof,” warns Amy. “Featuring creative explosive exercises and the standout split squat rotational punch, it packs a punch and will get you and your class finishing on a high – just like a shot putter!”

LES MILLS YOGA™ #5 – Iconic sounds, powerful flows, and deeper connections

Presenters: Fraser Beck, Marika Jingblad, Otto Prodan, and Khiran Huston

LES MILLS YOGA #5 celebrates what makes each style unique – from the energy of Vinyasa to the stillness of Yin – using music and movement to create deeper experiences.

Breath takes center stage with a playlist packed with recognizable favorites. “It features some of the most loved tracks from the last decade,” says Fraser.

His favorite moment comes in Breath Track 2, where a Gate Pose flow challenges lateral flexion, core control, and breath connection. Set to “Cold Heart” by Elton John and Dua Lipa (remixed by PNAU), Fraser says: “It’s a vibration! One of the best beats of the decade.”

Vinyasa brings a different energy, with soft house melodies building into stronger beats that drive the practice. Marika’s favorite is Vitality 3B, combining traditional Vinyasa flow with deep core control, hip openers, and spine mobility. “Could it get any better than that? I think not,” she says.

The soundtrack in Vinyasa, particularly through Sun Salutations, is intentionally designed to test focus, according to Otto. “It can be easy to lose track of where you are in the sequence,” he says. “This is deliberate… to challenge the mind to remain fully focused while synchronizing the breath cycle to the flow.”

Nerding out & losing the plot

Marika loved prepping for the filming, even if getting deeply invested in the science of yoga meant losing track of time: "Since it was only me and Fraser... we got pretty deep and nerdy in our conversations around anatomy, physiology, breathing and fascia... sometimes to the point where we lost focus on what we were rehearsing and had to start over!"

RPM™ #111 – Ultra heavy climbs, a Chase Pace, and raw strength

Presenters: Windy Gao, Amy Lu, and Glen Ostergaard

RPM #111 is built around three major working blocks in Tracks 3, 5, and 7, while Tracks 4 and 6 introduce Chase Pace – allowing riders to find their own top speed and take more ownership of their workout. “It helps break things up and gives people a bit more freedom,” says Amy.

Track 3 introduces the new Ultra Heavy Climb, creating a different kind of challenge built around raw strength. “I’m loving the feeling of that first step going into the Ultra Heavy Climb,” says Amy. “Something different than the usual, and it’s just RAW strength!”

For Instructors, Amy says the release is simple to teach, with music that “just flows” but the biggest challenge comes in Track 6, where a longer Speedwork section tests riders’ endurance. “Although challenging, it’ll fly by,” she says.

And for those looking for one final push, Amy’s advice is simple: “Go the extra mile in the last two efforts of Track 3. You’re going to love it!”
