Just giving you guys a quick heads up and insight to some developments that we have been working on for this round of LES MILLS GRIT filming.
In LES MILLS GRIT Cardio and LES MILLS GRIT Strength – the format is simpler and there’s fewer complex moves. This is to benefit both you AND your members. For you guys – it makes the workout plan even easier to learn. For your participants it means they can “get” the moves straight away and ensure they achieve the HIIT effect. We’ve also taken your feedback on board – there is less jumping in LES MILLS GRIT Strength!!
LES MILLS GRIT Plyo this round has its own special workout structure, different from cardio and strength. We know the bench provides an extra challenge for people which CAN be a bit daunting with more complex movements – so we’ve simplified the workout even further so your members can absolutely feel successful in this program. Don’t worry - you’ll still see those awesome big jumps
