LES MILLS x HYROX

Both are 45-minute, instructor-led circuit classes with eight exercise stations.

CEREMONY HYROX is the conditioning version - accessible for all fitness levels, great for general members and beginners.

CEREMONY HYROX MAX is the performance version, built to prepare people for performance goals or an actual HYROX race. It adds progressive intervals, partner formats, and progressions within each release to increase intensity over time.

We will transition you across to the new CEREMONY HYROX in June, and our first new CEREMONY HYROX products drop in August 2026.

CEREMONY HYROX uses the same equipment as the previous CEREMONY program.

CEREMONY HYROX MAX additionally needs wall balls with wall ball targets and a sled attachment/carabiner for sled pulls.

Both programs also have Studio variants for lower-equipment environments – these run with the SMARTBAR™ and weight plates, SMARTSTEP™, sculpt bands, and sliders, with the option to substitute functional equipment at specific stations.

Yes. Instructors and clubs can continue teaching any LES MILLS CEREMONY releases they already have. From June, these classes will simply be delivered under the CEREMONY HYROX brand. 

There’s no requirement to move immediately to new CEREMONY HYROX releases – you can transition at your own pace.
