LES MILLS SHAPES uses a variety of optional equipment. This includes a sculpt band, sliders/sliding discs (these are optional, you can use socks on the carpet as an alternative), 2x lightweight plates (1kg and/or 2.5kg) and a yoga mat, your club will provide the necessary equipment.
