What is LES MILLS YOGA?

This is four-part series designed to elevate you physically and mentally – and leave you feeling calm, centered and renewed. Blending traditional practice with modern guidance and uplifting music, each 45-minute class unlocks a unique state of being – so you can tune into whatever will help you reach your higher state.

Four ways to feel renewed

Choose Yin for deep restoration, Hatha for alignment and strength, Vinyasa for energizing flow, or Breath for control, clarity and emotional release.

Settle into long-held poses that release tension, calm the nervous system and gently reset the body and mind.

Feel a dynamic hit of energy as you sync your breath to beat and move through powerful sequences that build heat, strength and flexibility.

A steady state of strength and control. Move with precision through slower sequences that build body awareness and keep you present.

What is the difference between BODYBALANCE and LES MILLS YOGA?

BODYBALANCE™ is a blend of yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi and the focus is on improving strength, flexibility and function. LES MILLS YOGA is a pure yoga experience that is softer and more restorative. The focus is on internal connection and it takes you to a place of deeper recovery and emotional reset. This workout will not be available on LES MILLS+.

What do I need for LES MILLS YOGA?

All you need is comfortable workout clothes. Going barefoot (or wearing socks) is recommended.

A yoga mat is not essential, but it can elevate your LES MILLS YOGA experience. You can choose the LES MILLS YOGA MAT or the dual sided LES MILLS MBX MAT™ that can be used for yoga and functional training. Shop here.
