BODYBALANCE™ is a blend of yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi and the focus is on improving strength, flexibility and function. LES MILLS YOGA is a pure yoga experience that is softer and more restorative. The focus is on internal connection and it takes you to a place of deeper recovery and emotional reset.

All you need is comfortable workout clothes. Going barefoot (or wearing socks) is recommended.
A yoga mat is not essential, but it can elevate your LES MILLS YOGA experience. You can bring your own mat or use the club provided mat.
If you're working out at home, you can choose the LES MILLS YOGA MAT or the dual sided LES MILLS MBX MAT™ that can be used for yoga and functional training.
