From a “big glute surprise” in BODYSTEP™ 141 to a classically themed Italian journey in THE TRIP™ 43, and even bear crawls making a wild debut in BODYATTACK™ 130, read on to discover a lineup full of challenges, innovation, and plenty of surprises.
BODYJAM™ #114
Presenters: Meno Thomas, Dannielle Lally, Rachael Newsham, Summer Bradley, Sammi Nieschmidt, and Bianca Ikinofo
When it comes to favorite tracks, Bianca highlights “Jennie” by Jennie: “I love it! You just feel super cool with the moves – there’s a slowdown of chest isolation, which I love.”
She also points out that while no tracks are particularly difficult, there are moments, like the “horse move,” where energy management is crucial: “The music in that one is crazy, fun, and fast – such a great challenge.”
Overall, BODYJAM 114 blends music, cardio, and technique in a way that’s both fun and rewarding for Instructors to teach and members to follow.
LES MILLS GRIT™ #54
Presenters: Erin Maw, Ben Main, Vili Fifita, Kenshin Tani, and Bas Hollander
“This is the whole package,” says Erin. “The coaching is inclusive and really intelligent. We take you on a journey – there are moments of internal, dark struggle, but also lighter, fun moments that lift you up.”
Kenshin highlights the simplicity of the movements: “Precisely because it’s simple, there are many moments that challenge you – will you have the courage to step on the accelerator, or will you try to hide or avoid it?”
Favorite tracks include Erin’s pick, the final 3-minute EMOM, which delivers a big finish, and Kenshin’s choice, Track 5 from LES MILLS GRIT Cardio 54, where the music and structure push members to go all out.
We all know LES MILLS GRIT is legendary for its intensity, but are there any tracks that take it up a level? “We always aim to have a ‘that track’ in each release,” smiles Erin. “This release gives that to Track 2, which would usually be a short, quick challenge. Called Intensity Ramp, it’s a big, juicy four-set track – and you can’t hide!”
And if that wasn’t enough, there’s even a ‘Center Kicker,’ according to Kenshin: “Having a kicker in the middle rather than at the end really makes you think – how much output should you give, and what kind of words are needed in each moment? It requires a bit of strategy.”
Behind the scenes
Kenshin shares a highlight from filming: presenting LES MILLS GRIT Cardio with Bas Hollander. “We call ourselves TEAM CHIISAI BISEPS (Small Biceps)! Our arms may be skinny, but we hope you enjoy watching us dart around with speed and energy – and notice the special vibe that comes from two friends with such a long history together.”
BODYPUMP™ #135
Presenters: Glen Ostergaard, Ben Main, Kylie Gates, Windy Gao, Amy Lu, Maggie Cheng, Levi Farrell, Anthony Oxford, and Lula Slaughter
“BODYPUMP is like a classic little black dress – it never goes out of style. It has endless possibilities, and that’s a big reason why people really love it.” says Lula.
This release keeps that timeless appeal while bringing fresh energy and fun that everyone in the room will enjoy. Each track is carefully crafted to challenge members while maintaining the signature BODYPUMP vibe that makes the workout so addictive.
Choosing a favorite track is tricky for Lula this round, but one does stand out: “If you’re looking for something a little different, Track 3 is the weirdest song. Instructors will have fun with the lyrics in that one!”
LES MILLS YOGA #02
Presenters: Fraser Beck, Otto Prodan, Khiran Huston, Summer Bradley, Dannielle Lally, and Kaylah-Blayr
Despite being only on its second release, LES MILLS YOGA is already “maturing like a fine wine,” according to Fraser: “The second release saw the program mature as the filming team gained more experience in teaching and developed a deeper understanding of each unique style.”
Fraser’s track highlights include Rückenfigur by Dardust in Hatha, whose melodic piano and rhythm energize both body and mind, and You Were Right by RÜFÜS DU SOL in Vinyasa, which Fraser calls “a banger that perfectly sets the tone for the flow.” Come Fly Away by Maverick Sabre adds a sentimental touch, while Henry Green’s acoustic cover of Electric Feel provides depth for Yin. Change by Obli ft. Omatola brings nostalgia to Breath.
Instructors should watch out for a few “spicy” sequences in Vinyasa Tracks 4 and 5, and Fraser hints that there are some surprises in the new moves – but they’re best discovered in the practice itself.
“With the 5-phase structure and the bell sounds signaling posture transitions,” Fraser adds, “learning the choreography is surprisingly easy – just two or three run-throughs, and you’re ready to teach!”
BODYCOMBAT™ #105
Presenters: Dan Cohen, Vili Fifita, Kenshin Tani, Windy Gao, Anthony Oxford, Erin Maw, Lula Slaughter, and Eileen Post
“Fire workout!” That’s how Erin describes BODYCOMBAT 105 – a release that will kick off the new year with an epic fusion of creativity, music styles, and martial arts techniques, giving Instructors and members the tailwind to propel forward.
Erin continues, “BODYCOMBAT 105 strikes the perfect balance between challenge and intensity versus fun and uplift.”
Eileen adds that Instructors will love the playlist variety, with some tracks making them feel strong and focused while others let them go wild and playful: “They allow us to steadily increase intensity and then dial it back to regulate it, guiding us on a unique journey through the nuances of different martial arts, intensity levels, and focus levels.”
Dan loves the complete package: “The combinations, kicks, and movement patterns flow so well. Learning the workout is smooth, freeing up time to focus on connection and coaching – giving members what they need, when they need it.”
Erin echoes that sentiment: “It’s so quick and easy to learn! You learn one side, then repeat it on the other.”
Track 6 is a standout favorite. “It’s super cool with badass choreography that grips you from start to finish,” says Erin. Eileen agrees: “OMG, Track 6! The song builds tension and drops into power – you feel almost invincible. And the combos? Chef’s kiss!”
Behind the scenes
Filming came with its challenges – and plenty of laughs. Lula remembers Track 7 as “a beast of a track,” and when she and Dan messed up during filming, Dan decided to start the whole track over – leaving Lula completely smoked by the end!
Meanwhile, Anthony had a lighter moment when Levi tried to convince him to sample a famously smelly fish dish from New Zealand. Watching Lula’s reaction was enough for him to decide, “There’s no way I’m trying it!”
BODYATTACK™ #130
Presenters: Lisa Osborne, Jackson Fuafiva Osborne, and Geena Pannett
BODYATTACK hits 130, bringing a fresh wave of energy, fun, music, and feel-good challenges – leaving members buzzing rather than burned out.
“BODYATTACK 130 feels fresh, in terms of music, intensity, and movement!” says Geena. “You’ll notice the perfect blend of nostalgic and current music, paired with accessible intensity that lets you choose your version of the challenge within the workout. This release isn’t designed to leave you feeling smashed, but instead gives that enjoyable endorphin hit from a manageable challenge and connection.”
Track 9 – Outside of Love – is a standout for Geena: “This song takes me to that place of deep intrinsic motivation – when you’ve got nothing left in the tank, somehow that song provides the extra fuel for me, every time!”
Instructors should keep an eye on the strength track in Track 5, which introduces exciting innovations, including bear crawls and kick-sits – in BODYATTACK! Yes, you heard that right!
Behind the scenes
Even experienced presenters get nervous before filming or teaching a class. Geena reflects: “I always used to think I was alone in how nervous I got before teaching, until I realized it’s incredibly common and just a sign of how much you care about other people’s experiences.” Comforting to know!
LES MILLS CORE™ #60
Presenters: Corey Baird, Kenshin Tani, Bronte Terrell, Kylie Gates, Maggie Cheng, and Ben Main
LES MILLS CORE 60 is all about functional, high-energy training that hits the sweet spot between strength, stability, and everyday movement. This release surprises with how perfectly the music matches the workouts.
Kenshin says: “You’ll be impressed by how the rhythm and timing of the music are maximized and connected so seamlessly with functional movements.”
Bronte highlights the warm-up track: “It’s got that house/vocal vibe I adore – sets the tone and gets everyone moving instantly.” Track 3, Standing Strength 1, is a standout: “There’s a really cool kneeling woodchop here, plus a fun stability challenge. It’s precise, grounded, and a total blast for both teaching and participating.”
Kenshin admits: “I’d love to say Track 2 since I teach it, but honestly Track 3 is the one haha!”
This streamlined release should speed up choreography learning time, according to Bronte: “LES MILLS CORE used to take me ages to learn, but this round is stripped back, simple, and super accessible.”
Kenshin encourages Instructors to pay attention to the new movements in Track 3 and Bonus Standing Strength 1: “They’re highly functional, fresh, and full of learning opportunities, while also motivating you to move even more.”
BODYBALANCE™ #110
Presenters: Khiran Huston, Dannielle Lally, Eileen Post, Fraser Beck, Summer Bradley, and Natasha Vincent
“The theme of this release is trust,” says Eileen. “Our goal in BODYBALANCE 110 was to create a safe space where everyone can experiment, get to know and value their own body, and let go of judgment.”
Kicking back, Fraser describes the release as “really smooth – like your morning coffee with jazz music playing on an autumn morning.”
Track 1, the Tai Chi Warm-Up, sets the tone perfectly. Eileen calls it “so simple, yet so liberating. We start the class with so much inner peace and lightness – love it.”
Track 3, Standing Strength, is a standout for several presenters. Eileen says, “Oh my, what an expressive song. So much inner strength, self-confidence, self-trust, and pride.” Summer agrees: “The movements feel so opening and giving, and my shoulders love me for that overhead clasp.”
New moves include the standing side lunge in Track 3, which encourages members to place their feet wider than a squat, point their toes slightly outward, and generate heat in the thighs with smooth side-to-side transitions – all part of a release that flows beautifully from start to finish.
Behind the scenes
Filming BODYBALANCE 110 had its chilly moments. Eileen recalls the first shoot taking place early in the New Zealand winter: “It was freeeezing cold! We were still standing there in thick coats until just before filming. Afterward, they handed them back to us immediately. Burrrr!”
THE TRIP™ #43 – R O M A
This classically themed release takes us from the Gardens to the City and beyond, blending familiar spaces with surprises along the way. Strong architectural forms and an ancient tree anchor the ride, while on- and off-road moments keep flow seamless.
The 80/20 approach is front and centre, with Otto demonstrating how 80% of the time is about music and visuals, and 20% about enhancing the experience. “By focusing on a clean, uncluttered experience, I created more space for riders to connect with the workout,” he says. “Clarity and simplicity didn’t dilute the experience, it deepened it.”
Silence also plays a key role. “At first, moments of silence felt uncomfortable,” Otto admits. “But riders don’t need constant noise from us. When I held onto silence, it became empowering for everyone.”
‘Free speed’ features more prominently in this release, letting riders follow the choreography while finding their own pace during speed phases. Some tracks are best on the beat, while others benefit from subtle speed variations.
BODYSTEP™ #141
Presenters: Kaylah-Blayr, Summer Bradley, Otto Prodan, and Bianca Ikinofo
Are you ready for a “big glute surprise”? You’ll get it in BODYSTEP 141, which blends retro and modern house sounds, simple yet satisfying moves, and a fully rounded workout that offers strength, conditioning, and mixed cardio.
Kaylah-Blayr says: “The moves are simple but still satisfying to seasoned Instructors. It’s a full, rounded workout… working on a bench gives you such good coordination and spatial awareness. I always say – if you can teach BODYSTEP, you can teach anything.”
Bronte adds: “I absolutely love the release with the newer functional format.” Otto appreciates the straightforward choreography too: “As an Instructor, it's easier to teach, which makes it more accessible for everyone in the room. On top of that, the music is amazing – as always.”
Track highlights include Track 4 Peak 1, which Kaylah calls, “so hyped and motivating it basically can coach itself.” Otto is partial to the core Track 10b: “The music and movement combo just hits perfectly for me – but heads up, Peak 2 will push you to your limit,” he warns. “It’s intense but not as brutal as some of the longer peaks we’ve had in the past. Still, be prepared for your legs to be on fire!”
Behind the scenes
Filming BODYSTEP 141 had a surprising serenity, according to Otto: “This was Bronte’s first shoot, and she was amazing – her voice and accent made us joke about BODYSTEP ASMR. Instructors and members will love the energy she brings.”
LES MILLS SPRINT™ #41
Presenters: Glen Ostergaard, Bas Hollander, Khiran Huston, Bronte Terrell, and Amy Lu
Big beats, high intensity, and the return of strength – that’s LES MILLS SPRINT 41! The track Werk sets the scene, ramping up excitement straight out of the gate, while movements remain simple so members can focus on maximum effort and Instructors can focus on motivation. As Bronte says: “Learning the choreography is straightforward. In fact, I learned it on a plane ride from London to New Zealand.”
The release features the 8/4 rep Max, pushing legs hard while maintaining tempo – a perfect balance of intensity and rhythm.
LES MILLS DANCE™ #10
Presenters: Des Helu, Gandalf Archer Mills, Kaylah-Blayr, Summer Bradley, Rachael Newsham, and Bianca Ikinofo
“Absolutely SLAPS!” That’s how Kaylah-Blayr sums up LES MILLS DANCE 10, a release packed with simple movements and bursts of fresh styles that give Instructors the opportunity to develop further. “There are those moments of ‘oooo, I think I need to practice this track,’” she adds. “It’s great to have those moments to keep growing as an Instructor and dancer.”
Track highlights include 100, where Kaylah-Blayr enjoys unleashing her inner bass-ass energy: “Owning your space is exciting to me.”
Summer and Bianca’s pick is Track 7 – Garden of Eden by Lady Gaga: “Because there are so many APPLES!” says Summer, while Bianca adds, “You can really feel it out in your own way.”
Some tracks do take a few runs to nail. Track 8’s quirky body roll in Rethink requires confidence and practice, while Track 5, Pretty Ugly, really needs you to know the music to precue the moves.
What’s new? Get ready for hair flicks and hand circles, a wind-up main combo, circular knee/body roll combos, and be prepared for Track 6 – members will love going wild for that last big drop!
Behind the scenes
“We always try to run away from the social media team (sorry, social team <3),” says Kaylah-Blayr. “And they know we do, so sometimes you’ll see people run the other way when they start approaching. We love being on stage, but there’s something scarier about doing content for online!”
LES MILLS TONE™ #31
Presenters: Khiran Huston, Vili Fifita, Mark Nu'u-Steele, Lula Slaughter, and Fraser Beck
Four words – Intentional. Purpose. Energy. Fun! – that’s how LES MILLS TONE presenter Fraser sums up Release 31: “Instructors will love how the release combines cardiovascular fitness, speed, core strength, and coordination into a dynamic, full-body session that challenges both them and their members.”
Favorite tracks include Lula’s pick, Pure Shores, where the steady-state flow allows for precise, dynamic movements. Fraser notes the lateral and coordination-heavy moves, like zig-zag runs and high-knee combos, which test ankle stabilizers and overall athletic control.
Intensity is spread across Tracks 2–5, giving Instructors plenty of opportunities to push members safely while maintaining engagement.
Moves new to LES MILLS TONE include plate rotations and Copenhagen lifts. “You will love them,” says Fraser. “And remember – the adductors are a very large and important muscle group to train, which often gets overlooked.”
Behind the scenes
Lula laughs: “We lost some presenters to sickness and injury, so it was just the three of us. I was nervous, but we had fun and knocked it out of the park!"
