We’ve developed two formats of this program so that it can be enjoyed in different settings.
LES MILLS CEREMONY is made for functional training spaces and uses equipment like ski ergs, rowers and air bikes, as well as AV screens for timing.
CEREMONY STUDIO uses equipment like weight plates and benches and is ideal for group training studios or other shared spaces with no AV component.
Both formats follow the same structure, and use the same fundamental movement patterns for strength and cardio conditioning.

For a well-balanced routine, be sure to include some dedicated strength sessions such as BODYPUMP™ or LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ and core and flexibility training such as LES MILLS CORE™, BODYBALANCE™, or LES MILLS PILATES™.
